Exemption from standards, procedures, and guidelines.

Any person lawfully using reclaimed water before April 2, 1992, may continue to do so and is not required to comply with the standards, procedures, and guidelines under chapter 90.46 RCW before July 1, 1995.[ 1992 c 204 s 8.]
