Grants to public bodies authorized.

The department of ecology is authorized to make and administer grants to any public bodies for the purpose of aiding in the construction and improvement of water pollution control facilities in conjunction with federal grants authorized pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act.[ 1987 c 109 s 154; 1967 c 106 s 2.
