101.9202 Excepted liens and security interests. Sections 101.9203 to 101.9218 do not apply to or affect: (1) A lien given by statute or rule of law to a supplier of services or materials for the manufactured home. (2) A lien given by statute to the United States, this state or any political subdivision of this state. (3) A security interest in a manufactured home created by a manufactured home dealer or manufacturer who holds the manufactured home for sale, which shall be governed by the applicable provisions of ch. 409.
