165.10 Deposit of settlement funds. The attorney general shall deposit all settlement funds into the general fund. History: 2017 a. 59, 369. A plain reading of ss. 20.906 (1) and 25.20 establishes that, because the legislature has not “specifically designated” in this section any fund account other than the general fund, all settlement funds must be deposited into the general purpose revenue fund.
