169.085 Rehabilitation of wild animals. (1) REQUIREMENT. No person may rehabilitate any wild animal except as authorized under a rehabilitation license. (2) INAPPLICABILITY TO CERTAIN WILD ANIMALS. This section does not authorize the rehabilitation of harmful wild animals. History: 2001 a. 56.
