237.13 Exemption. (1) In this section, “lock structure” includes a spillway of a lock and excludes the canal body of a lock. (2) Any activity or work that is performed on a lock structure that is part of the navigational system is exempt from any permit or other approval required under ch. 30 or 31. History: 2001 a. 16.
