Definitions

238.01 Definitions. In this chapter, except as otherwise provided: (1) “Board” means the board of directors of the corporation. (2) “Corporation” means the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation. (3) “Economic development program” means a program or activity having the primary purpose of encouraging the establishment and growth of business in this state, including the creation and retention of jobs.
