287.095 Responsible unit liability. (1) DEFINITION. In this section, “responsible unit official” means any officer, official, agent or employee of a responsible unit engaged in the planning, management, operation or approval of a recycling program or recycling site or facility. (2) EXEMPTION FROM LIABILITY. No responsible unit official is liable for civil damages as a result of good faith actions taken by the responsible unit official within the scope of duties relating to the responsible unit’s recycling program or recycling site or facility.
