814.72 Fees of appraisers. For appraisals under s. 815.19, each appraiser shall collect a fee of $28, plus $35 per hour. The fee shall be paid by the officer and returned as a disbursement on the writ of attachment or execution. NOTE: This section is shown as amended eff. 11-1-26 by 2025 Wis. Act 179. Prior to 11-1-26 it reads: 814.72 Fees of appraisers. For appraisals under s. 815.19, each appraiser shall collect a fee of $8, plus $10 per hour.
