Department and board created; director. (a) A state department of agriculture is created under the management and control of the director with the advice of the board of agriculture. (b) Repealed by Laws 1993, ch. 191, § 4. (c) The department is authorized to accept, administer and expend agricultural commodity promotion, research and advertising assessments.
