Rules and regulations; applicability. (a) The secretary of state shall have the power reasonably necessary to perform the duties required of him by this chapter. The secretary of state shall promulgate reasonable rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter. (b) The Financial Technology Sandbox Act shall apply to this chapter.
