Company Act. Application of Wyoming Limited Liability (a) The Wyoming Limited Liability Company Act applies to decentralized autonomous organizations to the extent not inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter, and the powers provided to the secretary of state by W.S. 17-29-1102 shall apply to this chapter. (b) This chapter does not repeal or modify any statute or rule of law that applies to a limited liability company that is organized under the Wyoming Limited Liability Company Act that does not elect to become a decentralized autonomous organization.
