Governing law; territorial application. (a) The law of this state governs any decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association that is formed in this state. (b) A decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association's governing principles shall identify the jurisdiction in which the decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association is formed.
