Member has no agency powers. (a) A member is not an agent of a decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association solely by reason of being a member. (b) A person's status as a member does not prevent or restrict laws other than this act from imposing liability on a decentralized unincorporated nonprofit association because of the member's conduct.
