"State superintendent", "state board" defined. (a) As used in this act, unless the context otherwise requires or unless otherwise specifically noted: (i) "State superintendent" means the state superintendent of public instruction; (ii) education; "State board" means the state board of (iii) Repealed by Laws 2015, ch. 30, § 4.
