Applicability of chapter

Applicability of chapter. (a) This chapter does not apply to any taking or damaging of property for which a utility is entitled to compensation pursuant to: (i) Other applicable law; (ii) States; or The constitution of this state or of the United (iii) A binding agreement inuring to the utility's benefit.
