Unfair discrimination prohibited. (a) No person shall make or permit any unfair discrimination between current or prospective insureds or insured risks: (i) Repealed by Laws 2023, ch. 32, § 2. (ii) Of the same class, having similar insuring or risk characteristics and of essentially the same hazard in: (A) The amount of premium, policy fees or rates charged for any policy or contract of insurance; (B) The dividends or benefits payable (C) Any of the terms or conditions of the (D) Any other manner. thereunder; contract; or (b) Repealed by Laws 2023, ch. 32, § 2.
