Scope and applicability of chapter; existing insurers. (a) All authorized reciprocal insurers are governed by those sections of this chapter not expressly made applicable to domestic reciprocals. (b) Authorized reciprocal insurers shall: (i) Comply with this chapter; (ii) Make any amendments to their subscribers' agreement, power of attorney policies and other documents and accounts not consistent with this chapter; and (iii) Perform any other acts required for compliance.
