Certificate of authority; continuation; expiration; reinstatement. (a) A certificate of authority issued under this code continues in force until suspended or revoked by the commissioner or terminated at the insurer's request, subject to continuance by the insurer each year by: (i) Payment prior to March 1 of the continuation fee provided in W.S. 26-4-101; (ii) Filing by the insurer of its annual statement for the immediately preceding calendar year as required by W.S. 26-3-123; and (iii) Payment by the insurer of premium taxes for the immediately preceding calendar year as required by W.S.
