Prohibited acts. (a) It is a misdemeanor for any person to do any act forbidden or fail to perform any act required in W.S. 31-5-701 through 31-5-706. (b) The parent of any child and the guardian of any ward shall not authorize or knowingly permit the child or ward to violate any provision of this act.
