Violations

Violations. Any person who practices dentistry without being properly qualified and licensed, or who violates any provisions of this act is subject to a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00), or imprisonment not more than two (2) years in the penitentiary, or both. Each separate violation of this act constitutes a separate offense.
