Substitution not considered practice of medicine; individual causes of action. (a) The substitution of any dangerous substance by a registered pharmacist or a registered pharmacy intern under his supervision does not under this act constitute the practice of medicine. (b) This act shall not be construed to deny any individual a cause of action against a pharmacist or his employer for violations of this act, including failure to observe accepted standards of care of the pharmaceutical profession.
