Licensees working with landlords and tenants. (a) For the purposes of this article, a licensee shall be deemed to be working with: (i) The landlord as an agent or intermediary pursuant to a written agreement; and (ii) The tenant who is a customer unless otherwise provided for in writing between the parties.
