Organization of board. (a) The board shall meet as often as needed, but not less than four (4) times a year. (b) The board shall elect the following officers biennially to serve not more than two (2) consecutive terms: a chairperson, a vice chairperson and a secretary-treasurer. (c) Five (5) members of the board constitute a quorum. (d) The board is hereby transferred to the department of the state engineer under a Type 3 transfer as defined in W.S. 9-2-1707(b)(iii).
