Violations; penalties. (a) Any person who applies ionizing radiation or radiopharmaceutical agents to humans without a valid license to do so shall be guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), or both. (b) Any person licensed pursuant to this act who violates the provisions of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than six (6) months, a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), or both.
