Penalty for violation of section 33-6-106

Penalty for violation of section 33-6-106. Any pawnbroker failing to comply with the requirements of W.S. 33-6-106 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00) or by imprisonment in the county jail not to exceed six (6) months or by both fine and imprisonment, together with costs of prosecution.
