Definitions. (a) As used in this act, the following terms shall have the following meanings, except where the context clearly indicates another meaning is indicated: (i) its designee; "Department" means the department of health or (ii) "Person" means any individual natural human being, partnership, corporation, firm, company, association, society or group; (iii) "Assembly" means a company of persons gathered together at any location at any single time for any purpose.
