Duration of psychiatric advance directive

Duration of psychiatric advance directive. A psychiatric advance directive shall be valid for a period not to exceed two (2) years from the date of execution unless reaffirmed by the person who executed the directive, in which case it shall be valid for two (2) years from the date of reaffirmation.
