Resolution may provide that bonds shall recite that they are issued under authority of act; effect of recital. It may be provided in any resolution authorizing any bonds hereunder that such bond shall recite that it is issued under authority of this act. Such recital shall conclusively impart full compliance with all of the provisions of this act, and all bonds issued containing such recital shall be incontestable for any cause whatsoever after their delivery for value.
