Cases in municipal court

Cases in municipal court. Cases in the municipal court for violations of city ordinances shall be tried and determined by the court without the intervention of a jury, and the trial of such cases before the court shall be conducted in all respects, not herein otherwise provided for, in like manner as criminal cases before circuit courts.
