(a) Additional definitions; short title. As used in W.S. 7-15-101 through 7-15-105: (i) "Appropriate court" means district court when the reference is to a court of this state; (ii) "This act" or "this agreement" means W.S. 7-15-101 through 7-15-105. (b) This act may be cited as the "Agreement on Detainers".
