Wyoming water development office created; director appointed; structure. (a) As part of the reorganization of Wyoming state government there is created the Wyoming water development office consisting of the programs and functions specified in this section. (b) The administrative head of the office shall be a director appointed by the governor with the advice and consent of the senate. The director shall serve at the pleasure of the governor and may be removed by the governor as provided in W.S.
