(a) "This act" means W.S. 9-23-101 through 9-23-107. General duties. The department shall: (i) Develop and maintain approved lists of qualified architects, engineers and land surveyors for selection under this act; and (ii) Develop and administer notification procedures for obtaining professional services under this act.
