Capitol building rehabilitation and restoration project; design and construction execution. (a) Notwithstanding W.S. 9-5-101 through 9-5-108, for all components of the project: (i) The state construction department shall be the primary fiscal and contracting agent; (ii) Level III design and construction shall proceed under the immediate direction and control of the governor in accordance with the provisions of W.S. 9-5-110 through 9-5-113; (iii) Repealed by Laws 2019, ch. 197, § 2.
