Penalties. Any person who violates any provision of this act is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine of not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) or imprisoned in the county jail for a period not exceeding six (6) months, or both.

Construction of provisions. Nothing contained in this act shall prevent or impair the administration or enforcement of any other provision of the laws of this state.

Short title. This article shall be known and may be cited as the "Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact."
