Adisseo Nanjing Methionine Plant (China)
Adisseo's flagship China production facility; DL-methionine and liquid methionine (Rhodimet). Primary supply hub for Asian poultry and pet food markets. In 2024 Adisseo announced a 100,000 MT/year additional capacity expansion at Nanjing. Chinese state ownership (ChemChina/Bluestar via CNBG) means this facility's output is politically controllable by Beijing. The Nanjing plant's capacity expansion drives China's growing share of global methionine supply.
