Cargill Aqua Nutrition -- Florenaes, Norway (Ewos Acquisition)
Cargill's primary Norwegian aquaculture feed facility, acquired when Cargill bought Ewos (formerly Norway's largest salmon feed company) in 2015 for $1.35 billion. With the Ewos acquisition, Cargill became one of the three dominant salmon feed suppliers globally. Norway Florenaes plant produces premium salmon feed for Norwegian fjord farms.
