ExxonMobil Chemical's Vistalon EPDM production at the Baytown, Texas petrochemical complex — one of the largest integrated refinery/chemical sites in the US (2,400 acres; refinery + chemical plant + plastics plant). Baytown produces Vistalon EPDM grades used in automotive seals, roofing, wire insulation, and plumbing. Co-located with Baytown refinery means crude oil processing and EPDM production share infrastructure — both subject to the same Gulf Coast weather and regulatory exposure.
