GEM Co. Jingmen Cobalt Sulfate Facility (Hubei, China)
GEM Co.'s primary cobalt sulfate and cathode precursor (PCAM) production complex in Jingmen, Hubei Province. Processes DRC cobalt hydroxide and secondary cobalt from urban mining (recycled batteries, spent catalysts). GEM's Jingmen facility is one of the key supply sites for Samsung SDI and SK On via direct offtake contracts. Also produces nickel sulfate and ternary precursor materials.
