JSR Ochang EUV MOR Plant (South Korea)

World's first semiconductor-grade EUV Metal-Oxide Resist (MOR) production facility; Ochang, North Chungcheong Province, South Korea. Mass production scheduled 2026. MOR is next-generation EUV photoresist with superior EUV absorption and thermal stability vs. current Chemically Amplified Resists (CAR).
