One of Olam's major origin-country cocoa processing facilities in Ivory Coast, the world's largest cocoa producer. Origin grinding converts raw beans to cocoa liquor, butter, and powder in-country — higher value-added than bean export. Abidjan Port is the key logistics node for ~44% of global cocoa supply.
