Conway, Kansas is the secondary US NGL storage hub (Mont Belvieu is primary). Conway salt caverns store propane and other NGLs from Midcontinent production (Oklahoma, Kansas). ONEOK is the dominant operator at Conway; Conway propane prices are the benchmark for Midcontinent propane markets (vs. Mont Belvieu which benchmarks Gulf Coast/export markets). Conway prices often trade at a discount to Mont Belvieu, reflecting lower export access.
