Samsung Hwaseong Semiconductor Complex

World's largest semiconductor fab complex by output. Houses multiple DRAM and NAND manufacturing lines (V1, S1, S3, S5 fabs). Also produces HBM and system-on-chip products. Together with SK Hynix Icheon, this cluster represents ~70% of global DRAM capacity within ~50km.
