Samsung Pyeongtaek P1/P2 Fabs — DRAM Production

Samsung Pyeongtaek P1 and P2 fabs — volume production DRAM fabs producing 1x/1y-nm class DDR5 for servers and LPDDR5X for smartphones. P1 entered production 2015; P2 entered production 2019. Combined P1/P2 DRAM capacity: approximately 300,000+ wafer starts per month. These fabs supply the bulk of Samsung's commodity DRAM output serving PC OEMs, cloud providers (AWS, Google, Microsoft), and smartphone manufacturers.
