VIAVI Solutions corporate headquarters and primary R&D center in Milpitas CA (Silicon Valley). The Trilithic EAS product line — inherited from the Trilithic Indianapolis IN acquisition — is managed from the VIAVI engineering organization. VIAVI's primary business is network test and measurement; the EAS ENDEC product line is a legacy product maintained but not actively grown.
