Zhuzhou Smelter Group — Shuikoushan Complex (Hunan)
Zhuzhou Smelter Group's relocated zinc complex in the Shuikoushan copper-lead-zinc industrial base, Hunan Province — formerly located in central Zhuzhou city before a major relocation completed 2018-2019. 300,000 tonne/year zinc capacity with byproduct recovery of indium, antimony, cadmium, gold, silver, copper. The relocation created a significant short-term indium supply disruption (old plant ramped down before new plant reached design throughput). Zhuzhou is the largest city zinc smelter cluster in China.
