§10303 Navy Reserve Policy Board

Summary
A Navy Reserve Policy Board must meet at least once a year in Washington, D.C. to review reserve policies and send recommendations and reports to the Secretary of the Navy. At least half the board’s members must be officers from the Navy Reserve.

A Navy Reserve Policy Board shall be convened at least once annually at the seat of government to consider, recommend, and report to the Secretary of the Navy on reserve policy matters. At least half of the members of the Board must be officers of the Navy Reserve.
