§10304 Marine Corps Reserve Policy Board

Summary
A Marine Corps Reserve Policy Board must meet at least once a year in the seat of government to review and report on reserve policy to the Secretary of the Navy. At least half of the Board’s members must be officers of the Marine Corps Reserve.

A Marine Corps Reserve Policy Board shall be convened at least once annually at the seat of government to consider, recommend, and report to the Secretary of the Navy on reserve policy matters. At least half of the members of the Board must be officers of the Marine Corps Reserve.
