§12202 Commissioned Officer Grades

Summary
Reserve commissioned officers (but not commissioned warrant officers) hold the same ranks as the regular commissioned officers in their branch of the armed forces.

Except for commissioned warrant officers, the reserve commissioned officer grades in each armed force are those authorized for regular commissioned officers of that armed force.
