Title 10 › Subtitle Subtitle A— General Military Law › Part IV— SERVICE, SUPPLY, AND PROPERTY › Chapter 152— ISSUE OF SUPPLIES, SERVICES, AND FACILITIES › § 2558
A military department Secretary may provide support at a national military association’s annual meeting. The support can only happen if the Secretary approves it ahead of time, it ties into training in military skills, and it fits within funds already available. Allowed help covers limited air and ground transport, communications, medical aid, administrative help, and security. The Secretary of Defense will name which groups are "national military associations" and will make the rules to carry out this policy.
